Adolescent (Children) Prosocial Skills Group These therapy groups for adolescents and children diagnosed with certain developmental and behavioral disorders help individuals enhance the skills necessary to reduce the risk of peer rejection and alienation, and mediate the consequences of poor impulse control. Must be a patient of Unity Health System.
Adolescent Crisis Stabilization Group This therapy group is for children/adolescents under age 18 who are also patients of Unity Health System. It is designed to assist those individuals who require immediate crisis management. Initial assessment required.
Adolescent Depression Group This is a therapy group for ages 13-17 suffering from symptoms of depression. Must be a patient of Unity Health.
Children Coping with Loss and Grief Group This is a therapy groups for children ages 18 and younger who have experienced stressful life events. Must be a patient of Unity Health System to participate
TrueChildWithin.org This organization serves families affected by pediatric bipolar disorder in the greater Rochester area and surrounding counties. It provides a monthly support group for parents who have children with the diagnosis.
