Al-Anon-Alateen Family Groups
The group offers support to families and friends of alcoholics. Groups are anonymous. Al-Anon is a fellowship of friends and relatives of alcoholics, who realize that by banding together they can solve their common problems. There are groups for young family members (8-12) and groups for teens – Alateen (13-19). Group offers Telephone Hotline, Peer Counseling, Speaker’s Bureau, and Newsletter and is conducted by members (a not-for-profit organization).

This is an informal group designed to provide sober support. Groups consist of approximately 10-15 participants. Focus is on total abstinence and helping members achieve and maintain employment. The group is for those adjusting to substance-free lifestyles. Individuals must be homeless or veterans.
