Living Each Day: A Therapy Group for Spouses

This therapy group is designed to help spouses work through their questions, concerns, emotions around the potentially life threatening illness of their loved one.

Meeting Details

  • Location: Call for information. Groups at Greece Campus (100 Pinewild Drive, Rochester), St. Mary’s Campus (835 W. Main Street, Rochester) and Evelyn Brandon (81 Lake Avenue, Rochester.
  • Time: Call for information
  • Fee: Covered by many insurances. Sliding payment fee may be available.
  • Facilitation: Professional Therapists
  • Eligibility: For spouses and family members of individuals having a chronic or potentially terminal illness. Must be patients of Unity Health System.

National Alopecia Areata Foundation

The group provides support and information regarding Alopecia for individuals and their families living with Alopecia. Medical Consultants/Advisors also attend some meetings. They provide advocacy, social events, and guest speakers at meetings.

  • Time: Usually meets 3rd Thursdays 7:00pm-8:30pm, (Sept/Nov/Jan/March/May). Call to verify.
