Emotions Anonymous was formed by a group of individuals that were inspired by Alcoholics Anonymous. The program was adapted to meet the needs of people that deal with emotional issues. The group supports achieving and maintaining a balance of emotional health. The group will use a version of the 12 steps and 12 traditions to aid in emotional recovery. EA supports personal spiritual growth and send the message that you are not alone.
