The Board of Directors is announcing Chacku Mathai’s departure as President and CEO of the Mental Health Association as of January 15, 2019.
Chacku Mathai has led the organization since 2018 and leaves his position to pursue other opportunities. The board of directors plans to conduct a search for its next president in the coming months. During this transition period, it is the board’s priority to find the best individual to lead, while still maintaining a stable and effective organization.
“We are grateful to Chacku for his service. During this period of transition, we will continue to keep our mission at the center of all we do,” said Julie Jordan-DiPalma, chairwoman of the Mental Health Association of Rochester’s board of directors.
