Finding Wellness Opportunities

Color Me Calm – Wednesdays 10AM – 11AM

Reduce your anxiety and relax your mind by quietly coloring and listening to music.  During this time, we focus our minds on the peacefulness of the present moment.

Men’s Support Group – Wednesdays 1PM -2PM

A safe place for men to share thoughts, feelings, and experiences in a judgement-free environment.

Women’s Support Group – Thursdays 1PM – 2PM

An intimate space where women who suffer with mental health challenges can come together to share and support each other.

Life Skills Groups

Distress Tolerance Skills – Tuesdays 3PM – 4PM

These are skills to help you..

      1. get through crisis and difficult situations without making it worse.
      2. accept reality by learning to replace suffering and being “stuck” with the possibility of moving forward and…
      3. become free of the demands of unhealthy desires, urges, and intense emotions.

Mindfulness – Tuesdays 1PM – 2PM

These are skills to help us consciously focus our minds in the present moment without judgement and to practice being fully aware.
