“Lotus Flower Mandala” Unveiling Celebrates Resilience and Connection

Mental Health Association

The Mental Health Association of Rochester invites you to the opening of Lotus Flower Mandala,” a community art unveiling on Friday, May 2 from 4:00 to 5:30 PM at The Woods Center for Wellbeing.

This collaborative piece was created by peer participants during open studio hours and explores themes of resilience, unity, and transformation. The lotus flower, a powerful symbol of beauty emerging from the mud, represents our ability to overcome adversity. The mandala, a spiritual symbol of wholeness and interconnectedness, reflects the healing power of community.

Each contributor left their unique mark, coming together to form a single, meaningful work that celebrates both individual expression and collective strength.

This free event is open to the public and no RSVP is required!
